CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICIES 

At our marketplace, each seller regulates their cancellation and return policies.

  1. First, we highly recommend that you check each sellers cancellation and return polices before making a purchase.
  2. Once you have made a purchase, we recommend reaching out to the seller to process the cancellation.
Please keep in mind, every seller's cancellation window might be different.

Seller's may cancel transactions under the circumstances mentioned below:
  • Both the seller and buyer agree to cancel the transaction before shippment in which case the seller will issue a full refund including the shipping cost.
  • Seller agrees to allow buyer to return the item in which case the seller will refund the buyer. Refunding shipping cost in this case is optional and is left up to the seller discretion.  
  • The seller may cancel a transaction if the buyer did not pay for the product.
  • Seller decides to refuse service in which case the seller will refund the full amount including shipping.
